Please keep in mind that Where & When is a quarterly publication and event listings MUST be received well in advance to be published in our magazine. Also, preference is given to events that appeal to the visitor population. Only events that are open to the public will be printed in the magazine and placed on our online events calendar. Where and When reserves the right to edit or omit events at our discretion.
